RETURN POLICY

  • Returns on unworn, unwashed items with tags still attached are accepted within 7 days of receipt.
  • Items with deodorant/makeup stains, animal hair or perfume/smells will not be accepted. 
  • Returns are eligible for store credit only.
  • Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility. 
  • Returns must be postmarked by 7 business days of the delivery date.
  • Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days to process your return for online credit.

Final Sale

  • Sale/clearance items and anything with a discount code
  • Jewelry, graphic tees, purses, and wallets
  • Leggings, bralettes, hats, and masks are final sale for hygienic purposes.

Defective Items

If you have received a defective item, please contact us at: customerservice@sisandsavvyboutique.com within 2 business days of receiving your shipment. Please include written details about the defect and attach pictures. We will be glad to help you!
